Prof. Dr. Hayati Akbaş
Prof. Dr. Hayati Akbaş is a physician recognised for his extensive experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, his academic background, and his international work. Born in Yozgat in 1963, he completed his education in Ankara and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.
Prof. Dr. Akbaş completed his specialisation at Ondokuz Mayıs University, where he continued his academic career, serving as faculty member, head of department, and hospital administrator. Between 1998 and 1999, he further developed his professional expertise internationally through research and practice in microsurgery and aesthetics in the United States.
In 2005, he left his university position and founded FBM; what began as a Samsun-based organisation grew over time into one spanning multiple locations across Turkey and abroad, expanding its operations through centres opened in Istanbul, Batumi, Baku, and Germany.
The discipline, attention to detail, and human-centered approach acquired throughout his career are reflected in FBM İnşaat projects today. The sensitivity developed in a field that directly touches human lives is applied with equal rigor in construction — safety, quality, and sustainability are embraced as core principles.
