Independent Structural Inspection
Structural system calculations are additionally reviewed by independent engineers affiliated with Istanbul Technical University. The inspection report is delivered to you.
C40 Concrete Standard
A minimum C40 strength class concrete is used in our projects. This class is significantly above the C25–C30 values that regulations require for residential buildings.
Continuous Waterproofing
Proof membranes at foundations, polyurethane foam-based protection on underground curtain walls, and multi-layer membrane systems on upper floors. Comprehensive insulation is provided maintaining continuity across all building surfaces.
Long-Life Installations
Products with a projected lifespan of decades are preferred for electrical and plumbing installations. These details, embedded in walls and floors, are the most decisive factors in the long term.
Engineer On-Site
Our staff construction engineers are personally present on-site at every stage of the building. Technical supervision is not outsourced to a subcontractor; it is directly under the responsibility of FBM engineers.
Thermal and Sound Insulation
Rock wool insulation is used on party walls, the exterior facade, and critical areas. Heat loss is significantly reduced, and neighbor-generated noise is largely suppressed.

AI-powered LPR cameras at vehicle entrances instantly read and record license plates. Unregistered license plates automatically generate an alert.
Face Recognition & Door Control
The biometric data of apartment residents is registered in the system; the door opens automatically when the camera matches the face. Unauthorized entry is blocked by the system and a manager notification is sent.
Digital Management & Resident App
Residents manage visitor entry approvals, common area reservations, and fault reports via the mobile app. Property management from a single screen, around the clock.
Energy & Environment Management
Common area lighting and air conditioning systems are automatically adjusted using sensor data. Active when motion is detected, switches to minimum power mode in empty areas.

Independent Technical Verification
All our projects are supervised by independent engineers affiliated with Istanbul Technical University, in addition to our own team. Structural calculations and material tests are documented and delivered to you.
No Compromise in Material Selection
The top tier of the industry is required for every component from C40 concrete, proof membrane waterproofing and rock wool thermal-sound insulation to installations. Short-term cost savings are not preferred over long-term security.
Transparent Process, Clear Delivery
Every stage of construction is documented; customers are informed with regular progress reports. The delivery date commitment is reflected in the contract and FBM engineers directly supervise the process on-site.
